I teach yoga because it makes me feel infinitely better every time I visit my mat, no matter how long and rigorous, or deliberately slow and gentle the practice is. There's a subtle transformation happening in the mind and the body when we allow ourselves the freedom to relax and restore our own natural healing abilities. Trust yourself. Trust the process.
