I teach yoga because it makes me feel infinitely better every time I visit my mat, no matter how long and rigorous, or deliberately slow and gentle the practice is. There's a subtle transformation happening in the mind and the body when we allow ourselves the freedom to relax and restore our own natural healing abilities. Trust yourself. Trust the process. As a private yoga instructor, I customize yoga for your needs, and can help you to interject some self-care in the middle of your busy life. Sessions can happen at my home studio, or at your home or office. All we need to practice is a mat and a few square feet of open space.
